I met her in the fifth grade and we became great friends very quickly. She was good at that. If I were on Facebook, I would have seen all the updates that she had died. I just found out. It's weird how we weep and mourn, regardless of time. It's still hard for me to accept--it's impossible for someone with so much life to have her life taken away. Yet, she's still alive for me. I believe in life after death and I can't shake the feeling that she's near. We may have drifted apart but it doesn't change the incredible positive impact she had on my life. Thank you, Jenny. I love and miss you. Clearly, I will never forget you.

I don't know Jennifer or her family or any of the other victims of the senseless tragedy on October 1st in Las Vegas but I do know that God was with each and every one of those victims.
May He wrap His arms around Bobby and their two children and each of the children in Jennifer's classroom that are affected by her passing.
May each one touched by the loss of this sweet soul eventually find comfort and peace.

Sending my deepest sympathies in this very difficult time. Although I never knew Jennifer, I can tell that she was a sweet and amazing person. Her love for children is plain to see and she touched so many lives. Praying for her family, friends, and loved ones.
