Dear Gessford family,
I know I am very behind in sending my condolences but unfortunately I was out of town during the visitation. I was deeply saddened to hear about Mark but just recently found out about this page and the scholarship. I definitely would have been at the trivia night as well had I known about it. I am so sorry I was not able to attend. I just wanted to touch base with you and let you know you are all in our prayers. Mark was a terrific person and will always be missed.

Ron, Jay, and I were so saddened to hear of the death of Mark this past week. We have been out of town and just recently heard the news. We would certainly have attended the visitation to express our sympathy. We will never forget the fun of all of those great soccer trips when the boys played soccer together. Mark was such an amazing friend. Just recently he and I were remembering driving around Belleville listening and singing to the oldies station in high school.
