Carl was my best man at my wedding 20th May 1972 to now my late wife Evelyn Scott.
Carl was a great friend of mine at Lytton High School Gisborne. He was an accomplished sportsman excelling in cricket Ist XI, football first XI, and squash A Grade and a keen surfer too.
I am sorry I can't make his funeral today as I have to attend my uncle's funeral here tomorrow Sunday at 12.30pm.
Is there any chance of Carl's funeral service being livestreamed ?
My great friend Gary Elsmore who also was a great friend of Carl's here originally from
Gisborne but now lives in Tauranga will represent me and all of Carl's friends here Gisborne friends who can't
make it to the service today.
