Michael GRAFAS Obituary

GRAFAS, Michael Nicholas. Mike passed away peacefully with family at his side on 15th November 2025, aged 68 years. Loving husband of Carol for 46 years. Devoted father and father in law of Angela and Trent, Sabrina, Rachel and Jared. Proud Poppa to Drew, Brooke; Kalani; Maddison and Cara. Loved brother of Bryan, Marina, and Andrew. A celebration of Mike's life will be held at The Orchard, 20 MacLoughlin Drive Te Puke on Friday 21st November at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, please consider an online donation to Waipuna Hospice, to whom Mike's family are very grateful for their loving care.

It was a real pleasure to work with Mike when we were upgrading the water and effluent systems at Taharua.In recent years our occasional phone calls talking about slow race horses and big whitebait catches have been a pleasure.
