I played in the 1962 PNBHS 1st XV with Andrew. He was a popular member of the team and a very fast winger and scored 8 tries of the 29 tries the team scored in the six inter-school games we played. He and Dianna attended our most recent reunion having travelled to Palmerston North from , and that was appreciated.
With my sympathy to Dianna and your extended family

Drew's passing is very sad news. He was a key player in the Palmerston North Boys' High First XV. Drew played on the wing for us and scored many crucial tries that helped the team to have the first unbeaten season in the school's history. He was a great team mate who will be sadly missed.
