David BAI Obituary

BAI, David John (Dave). Passed away peacefully on Sunday 23rd November 2025 after a short illness. Aged 89 years. Devoted husband of Leura. Precious Dad to Greg, Carolyn and Glenn Prebble. Very much treasured Poppa to Angus, Makaela and Baby Bump, Jackson and Eddie A memorial service to celebrate Dave's life will be held at the Bushmere Arms on Saturday 29th November at 3pm. Stonehaven - proudly making a difference.

Dave was a great friend of my dad Brian, they used to do a lot of boat racing back in the day. Dave was also Poppa Dave to my son Cam and all of Angus's friends. He was a great stalwart of their Ngatapa Rugby team and never missed a game. We have so many fond memories of that time. RIP Dave it is your time to rest. Our love to you Carolyn, Glenn, Angus, Jackson and Eddie, Leura and Greg, he will be missed by many.
