Janet BURGESS Obituary

BURGESS, Janet Eunice. Died at peace 23rd September 2025 at Te Wiremu House, Gisborne, aged 86. Wife of Donald, Mother and Mother -in-Law of David (late) and Christina, Pete and Ria, Sue and Deion, and the late Andrew. Grandmother of Blake, Sean, Eleisha, Jamie, Connor, Maja and Amelia. Great grandmother of Theo, Hugo and Lachlan. The Funeral Service will be held at Mangapapa Union Church, Atkinson Street, Gisborne at 2PM on the 29th September, 2025 followed by interment at Patutahi Cemetery. Dear Don & family,
Our heartfelt condolences to you all in the very sad loss of Janet. We were also saddened to read that you had tragically lost two other family members -our very sincere sympathy.
We haven't seen you Don for many many years but we do clearly remember our days working at Hineroa..where have all those years gone Don??
We have been living in Masterton for 2 years - being closer to family.
Sending our very kind regards & genuine thoughts. Keep well Don.
