Richards MICHIE Obituary

MICHIE, Richards Andrew (Dick). Passed away peacefully at Kiri Te Kanawa on 27 April 2025, aged 77 years. Beloved son of late Alice and Allan. Loved brother of Alva, brother in law of Christina and Wallace Barrington of Whanganui. Loved uncle to Tracy, Glenn, Georgia & Brooke McMurtrie (Auckland), Robert, the late Fiona, Glenda, Samuel, and William Barrington (New Plymouth). Special friend of Jenny, and his many friends in the plumbing world and sailing community. All messages maybe sent c/- PO Box 877, Gisborne. The funeral service will be held at Evans Chapel, Ormond Road at 11am on Wednesday 30th April followed by private cremation. Evans Funeral Services Ltd www.evansfuneral.co.nz

So remember Richard as went to school with him at Gisborne Intermediate we all called him Dickie Mickie. I think the family lived on Beach Rd now Endcliffe Rd.
