Adored by his loving family, Ina, Shona, Sandy (deceased), Laura and Rob, and Lindsey (deceased). Devoted and loved Granda to Emma, Ryan and Luke. Best friend and soulmate to all, always ready to listen, advise and have a laugh. Will be greatly missed. Beloved son of Jane and John Williamson, youngest brother and brother- in-law to Jackie and Bunty Williamson (deceased), Jeanie and Alan Watt (deceased), Bertie and Betty Williamson (deceased), Ronnie and Mary Williamson (deceased), Tommy (deceased), and Mary Williamson, and Nancy Milne (deceased). Brother-in- law to Ted and Doreen Reid (deceased), Margaret and Alan Wyeth (deceased), Lorna and Derek Cormack, and Aileen and John Connell. Uncle to his many nieces and nephews in New Zealand and Scotland. A private cremation was held on May 2, 2019 in Hastings, New Zealand with his immediate family.
