LOWE, Bill. Passed away on December 14, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. Loved husband of Anthea (Spud). Much loved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, brother and friend. In lieu of flowers, a donation to The Kidney Society can be made online at www.kidneysociety. org.nz or can be left at the service. A celebration of Bill's life will be held in the Beth Shan Chapel, 401 Maraekakaho Road, Hastings on Tuesday, December 19 at 10.30am. Messages to the Lowe Family, C/- PO Box 439, Napier 4140. 'All colanders are welcome'

Had the pleasure working with Bill in Napier, in the early 1980s. We were both regular force members of the NZ Army with the 7th Wellington & Hawkes Bay Regiment.
A man who was principled who stuck to his 'union rules.'
Gone to soon.

My Kindest Regards and prayers to the Family.
I had the pleasure of working alongside Bill at HBRP.
As one of the Chaplains on site I had many conversations with Bill about those in his care. I had a great deal of respect for Bill and appreciated his support and words of encouragement.
I am unable to make Bills Funeral, however I will continue to hold him and his loved ones in my Prayers.
