Ann Rowley (née Macarthur)

So sorry to hear of Deirdre´s passing. She and my
Mother, (Enid Macarthur, née Twigg) were first cousins. My grandfather was Sam Twigg, elder brother to Frank. Our visits to Napier for the summer holidays always included afternoon tea at Uncle Frank and Aunt Olive´s. I remember Deirdre´s lovely smile and sense of humour. My sister Mary went to Deirdre and Colin´s wedding but I was too young - and very jealous! I watched her leaving the church - she was a beautiful bride! Warm regards and condolences. Ann Rowley, Mount Eden Auckland.

Deidre
You were always an enjoyable partner at the Bridge table and someone whose humor always delighted. You were generous in your hospitality. I missed you when you left Otaki.
