WIGGINS, Elaine Melva. Peacefully on 1 October 2023, surrounded by her family. Dearly loved wife of the late Reg Wiggins (1999). Loved and respected mother and mother-in-law of Bryce and Jo. Treasured Nana to Matt, Jayden, Bayley, and their partners, and to her three great- granddaughters, Isla, Millie, and Maddison. Thank you to the caring staff at James Wattie and the AT&R Unit.
