Eva CLARK Obituary

CLARK, Eva May (Nee Burns). Passed away peacefully at Ashcroft House (Mary Doyle), aged 87. Dearly loved wife of David. Loved mother and mother-in- law of Nathan and Joyce, Sandra and Dean, Malcolm and Ashley. Grandmother of Olivia, Sophie, Ashleigh, Morgan, Caitlyn and Ryley. Great-grandmother of Matilda, Alexander, Hunter and Emelia. Sister of Jessie and Ron Curtis, Graham (Dec) and Robyn Burns, Norma and Tony Hassad. A Funeral service for Eva will be held at Crestwood Chapel, 615 Heretaunga Street East, Hastings on Thursday, the 30th of October 2025 at 2:00 PM. Special thanks to the staff at Ashcroft House for their amazing care of Eva and support of the family. Messages for the Clark family C/- PO Box 8424, Havelock North.

Our Dad, Alan, was very fond of Eva; she was his oldest niece, but only a few years younger than him. She was our oldest cousin, though the age difference meant we were closer in age to her children. Eva was always very sweet and kind to us. Condolences to David, Nathan, Sandra, Malcolm and Ashley; also to Norma and Jessie, and all her grandchildren. Thinking of you all at this sad time, and very sorry I can´t be at the funeral.
