My sympathy to Gerry's family. Gerry was one of the people who made my days at Massey fun, enjoyable, and full of good times. His contribution to the Dick and Mary Earle Technology Trust and to NZIFST were tremendous. Thank you Gerry.

My condolences to Gerry's family. We were Massey students together and spent a summer working together at Southdown Freezing Works. For many years Gerry hosted Massey 4th year Food Technology students at Watties when I brought them to the Bay Always a great host and a memorable visit. Gerry was a lovely man.
