HEATHER, Henry (H). Passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, 8th of December 2024 surrounded by his loving family. Dearly loved Husband of Mitch. Beloved Son of the late Papa To and Mama Moeroa Heather. Loving Father of Boh and Killy. Dearly loved Brother to his many Siblings and much loved Papa to his many Grandchildren. A service for H will take place on Thursday, the 12th of December 11am at Equippers Church, 306 Hapuku Street, Frimley, Hastings, then a convoy will head to the Hawkes Bay Golf Club, followed by the burial at The Mangaroa Cemetery, Hastings.

Farewell my friend and love to your family...I remember hard work and many good times with you and your family when we were young...V8 powered cars built in the back yard...the legendary black mk3 zephyr powered by a big block chevy...using the arc welder to cut the firewall to get the beast in...burnt eyebrows and skinned knuckles!!..The red Roly Poly Austin A30 at Stortford Lodge...diving for shellfish and taking out the fishing nets,,,there never seemed to be a dull moment...you lived a full, successful life battling all the way until the end and are an inspiration to us all...Eye of the Tiger...
