MURPHY, Joan (nee Leonard). On Sunday 16th November 2025, aged 95 years young (as she would say, "I am only 59"). Born to Daniel and Eliza Leonard (nee Kelly). Dearly loved wife of the late John Murphy. Treasured mother and mother-in-law to Sue, Chris and Bob, Pauline (deceased) and Tere, Kevin and Anne- Maree, Cathy and Andrew. Very treasured Nana to her beautiful grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mum passed away peacefully at Gracelands Rest Home Care after a short illness. She was in the presence of her family and the beautiful care staff, who so kindly looked after Mum in her final few days. We are so grateful for the kindness and compassion that they showed us all during this sad time. Mum was farewelled at a private family service on Saturday 22 November 2025.
