Julie SELLARS Obituary

SELLARS, Julie Anne (née Harkness). 06/09/1958 - 19/01/2024 It is with much sadness we announce the sudden but peaceful passing of Julie, on January 19, 2024 in the ICU ward at Hawke's Bay Hospital. Loved wife of Steve. Cherished mother of Matthew, and Rachel. Daughter of the late Hugh and Jean Harkness. Loved sister and sister in law of John and Margaret, and Paula and their families. We would like to thank St John Ambulance and the ICU staff for their support and care of Julie. A funeral service for Julie will be held at the Sugar Loaf Chapel of Howard & Gannon Funerals, cnr Lee Road and Gloucester Street, Taradale, Napier on Friday January 26, 2024 at 11am, followed by a private cremation. At the family's request please no flowers, Julie would prefer donations to St John Ambulance. Messages to the 'Sellars family' c/- PO Box 7001 Taradale Napier 4141

I worked with Julie at CCS Disability Action and our paths crossed many times.Julie is a kind hearted and caring person , always open to supporting and helping others, Julie volunteered on many occasions to help others - great sense of humour! Rest In Peace Julie Gone too soon xx
