SHANKS, Kenneth McLeod (Ken). Passed away peacefully at Hawkes Bay Hospital on 9 November 2023 with family by his side, aged 91 years. Loved father and father-in- law of Carol and Colin Morrison, Paul and Patrice, Anna (deceased) and Bernard Yee. Proud grandad of Loughlan, Abigail, Callum, Dylan and Charlize. Will be sadly missed by his best friend June. "Oi Oi" Special thanks to the teams at Hawkes Bay Hospital, CHB Medical Centre and Woburn for their compassion and care. A service for Ken will be held at "Stonehaven" Chapel, 10 Peel St, Waipukurau on Tuesday, 14th November at 11am followed by private cremation. Hi I have only just found out and I am very sorry to hear ken has passed, so many fond memories with you all living next door. I often saw Ken around town and still had some chats, with him on his scooter. I hope Ken and dad are having their chats again.
