ALLEN, Mark Albert Rex. With great sadness, Gina announces, due to an accident, the passing of her beloved partner of nearly 30 years, Mark Albert Rex Allen. Mark was a loving and proud father to Timothy, Joanne and Sam, Jessica and Andrew. Adored Poppa of Ivie- Rose, Ronan, Karlyn and Rexen. A cherished brother to Ron and Sue, David and Jenny (passed), Grant and Carin, Sandra and Larry, Gay and Eddie, and Sharon and Eddie. Our journey together was filled with love, laughter and unforgettable moments. Mark's warmth, strength, knowledge and kindness touched everyone who knew him, and he will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of being part of his life. A simple service will be held for Mark on Friday 23 May 2025, at 1:00PM, at Crestwood Chapel, 615 Heretaunga Street East, Hastings. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Hawkes Bay Westpac Rescue Helicopter or Hawkes Bay Air Ambulance Service. Messages to Mark's family can be sent care of PO Box 967, Hastings.

So sorry to hear of Marks passing. Mark did carpentry work on our house years ago, fond memories will be sadly missed.

Mark did carpentry work on our house years ago and he became a good friend. His Kawasaki motor bike was stored in my shed from new and now and again he would put a number plate on it and take it for a spin to Taupo. So sorry to hear of his passing. Trevor and Elva Birch.

So sorry to hear of Marks passing, have fond memories of him from youth group days back in the late 70s. He was a good man, and could ride a motorbike like no one I´ve ever known.
