To Des and Family,
Very sorry to learn of the loss of Mary.
She was a special lady indeed. Always jovial, friendly and chatty as well as being a a sincere person in all respects.
She will be sadly missed by all that knew her.
Please accept all of our sympathies as to your loss of a wife and mother.

Our Love & Condolences to Des and family at this sad time. Mary & I came from Eltham and I remember her working at Mortons way back in the days. Then blow me down when after I got married and we built our first house in Ascot Park in Porirua in 1973 we found out Mary and her family lived 4 houses up the street. They were a big part of our families life and were always there for us and our two boys. Remember all the parties and get togethers we had in the street, it was always so much fun. Mary was always such a caring person and was loved by everyone

Have fond memories of Mary during our growing up time in Eltham in the early 60's.
Also remember Des during his stay with my parents (Eric & Margaret Satherley) when they were running the Railway Hotel in Eltham.
(From memory I introduced Mary to Des).
Our sympathy goes to Des and family.
