Nathan McNABB Obituary

McNABB, Nathan (Nate). Our beloved friend, died peacefully at home at the young age of 45 after a long struggle with MND. Along with fiance Donna they raised a blended family Ashlee, Brooklyn, Jessica, Trey, Gryphon, Seth, Taahnisha, Taanewai and Aaliyah. From music to movies to photography his creative ideas were always put into action and shared with and for many. Funeral services have been privately held.

It's May 2020, and this evening I was wondering what ever became of my friend Nathan from so many years ago (very early 2000's). It was with a heavy heart that I came across this obituary. The last time I saw Nathan was when I bumped into him in Mitre10 many years ago.

As a tribute I can say the following. I arrived as an immigrant from South Africa in late 2001. I ended up being employed at the same company where Nathan worked over in Hastings. Things were very tough for my family and I for that first year, but Nathan stepped up and helped us out. He was a friend when we needed one most and for that I will be forever grateful. God bless you my friend. Until we meet again.

I don't know you but please accept my deepest sympathy.Sadly my husband died of MND three years ago. I totally understand what you have been through and my heart goes out to you. We used to live in HB but prior to my husband's passing we moved to the Kapiti Coast.
