Patrick was amazing. I watched him work with one veteran who no other could put at ease. He rose above all others and recorded history that has never been shared. We are all that much richer for knowing you. RIP my friend.

Condolences to the Brontë family.
I knew of Patrick, his story and his contribution to capturing history that would otherwise be lost.

A truly special person and a huge loss to New Zealand.

Patrick was an incredible and brave young man. He did much to enable the often unheard voices of military vets to be heard and recorded. A sad loss.
