I met Peter when I was 15 . (in 1964) ,when I worked at Currie motors in Hastings as a cleaner/ driver/ general dogsbody. Peter eventually took over the business as Kidd Motors and ran it for some years. I met him ramdomly on the odd occasion over many years and he was always the same very friendly and interested and interesting person I always knew. I never met any family members other than Robert and had not seen Peter for some years now but will always remember him and his influence in my life. I would like to offer my sincere condolences to all his family.

KIDD, Peter. It is with heavy hearts that we acknowledge the passing of Peter Kidd. Peter was a cherished member of our extended family, and his memory will forever be a part of our lives. We remember Peter fondly and with deep respect. His presence was a source of joy and comfort, and his absence will be deeply felt.
