WAKEMAN, Peter Denis (Pete). Passed away peacefully at Bupa Willowbank Retirement Village with family by his side on 25 May 2025, aged 85 years. Dearly loved husband of Julie. Awesome Dad to Mandy and Willie, Matthew, Megan and Ross, and Simon and Toni. Cherished Poppa of Claudia, Ruby, Niko, Madeleine, Celia, Hadlee, Sharneika, Mattsyn, Ava, and Charlotte, and a myriad of family pets in his 85 years. As per Pete's wishes, a private cremation has taken place. "Rest easy Pete." Messages to the Wakeman Family, C/o PO Box 439, Napier 4140.
