WAIT, Robert John. Born December 31, 1946. Sadly, passed suddenly but peacefully on June 7, 2023. Dearly loved husband of Lesley for 58 years. Much loved father and father-in- law of Leanne and Andrew Stove, Grant and Leanne Wait. Cherished Poppa Bob of Josh and Sam Wait. Held in our hearts forever. In accordance with Robert's wishes a private farewell has been held. Messages to the Wait family may be sent to PO Box 8424, Havelock North 4157.

To Lesley, Leanne and Andrew, Grant and Leanne, Sam and Josh. We were shocked to hear of the sudden passing of Robert. David and I will miss our catchups with Robert. Robert was a marvellous tour quite and showed us around the Hawkes Bay and had soo much information on the area to share with us. He knew all the great cafes for lunch.
