Deepest condolences Eddie and Vicky. So very sad for you. He was a wonderful young man. You will miss him terribly but he touched so many with his wonderful smile and happy demeanour. Always remember him around the holiday park with a big cheery hello to everyone.

Sam was a popular team mate in Special Olympics Hawke's Bay and we are so sad to hear of his death. He was always cheerful, positive and encouraging to others. Our sincere condolences go out to Eddie and the rest of his family.

Sam was one of the kindest people I know. He always had a big smile for everyone. I remember when he 1st moved here he was so quiet it was beautiful to watch him grow and become more independent as his confidence grew. I remember attending a celebration of his at 10 pin bowling he was so proud. It was a real privilege to know Sam. He will really be missed by all who knew him
