There are several things about Sheila, who lived in a cottage in my parents´ garden that immediately come to mind. Her beautiful soft Welsh accent, her cottage filled with her favourite ornaments and collectables. The latter were very exciting for our children´s little fingers but Sheila never appeared ruffled. She took the photos for our wedding and quietly snapped away without too much fanfare.
Rest in Peace Sheila. You have touched many lives.

Sheila was a dear family friend. Our mother Ursula met her at Woodford House where they were both teaching. For many years Sheila lived in a little cottage adjacent to our house. How fortunate we three girls were to have her living so close as we were growing up - such a caring, thoughtful person with many creative talents, especially painting and photography. I can still see her photographing the flowers in the garden that would often become subjects for her paintings.
Thank you for being part of our lives, Sheila.
