Stacey MAPU Obituary

MAPU, Stacey Charmaine. Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family. Dearly loved daughter and best friend of Kay Katarina King and Ewan Tareha. Loved stepdaughter of Shaun Fletcher. Darling sister of Damien and Stacey, Dallan, Tipene, Rydell, Ocean and Charlie. Mokopuna of Mare and Hana King, Boycie and Lydia Tareha, and Peter and Leslie Fletcher. Loved niece, cousin, aunty and nanny. Stacey will be at Houngarea Marae, 16 Miriama Road, Paki Paki until her service, which will be held on Thursday, April 12 at 11.00am, followed by interment at Wharerangi Cemetery. Messages to the Mapu Family, c/- PO Box 439, Napier 4140.

My deepest condolences to Kay and the whanau. So many great memories! at high school walking home across the field and trading my rasta necklace for a paru ring LOLS, you always commenting on my docs and talking bout how cool the cranberries are. I am still to come across another maori so into death metal like we were back in the day. But you have come a long way. You found what you really loved, your faith, and never judged me on my choices. We all gonna miss you to the nines and ill forever treasure the shoes you designed, what a taonga! in the end i think the world was too small for a heart as big as yours and now your an angel, in the presence of all our loved ones. ill see you when i get there xx Much loves Stuss & whanau
