LONGLEY, Terence Edward (Terry). On 4 October 2021, Terry passed peacefully with grace and dignity surrounded by his family, aged 90 years. Cherished husband to Marilyn, and previously the late Rua. Much loved father to Shann and Mons and stepfather to Jeff and Felicity, Wyn and Judith, and Sam Dwyer. Poppa Tea to Cara, Terry Jnr, Sam, Daniel, Thomas, Christopher, Anna and Nicola. "In remembrance of my beloved parents Ernie and Bid Longley and siblings: Monica and Russell, Noel and Zelda, Ronnie and Ann, June and Colin, Brian and Noeleen, and all my nieces and nephews for the love and care from childhood to adulthood during the most difficult years of the depression of the 1930's. Our family bond has been with us all from the time of birth to our death" In accordance with COVID restrictions Terry's Celebration on Saturday 9 October at 4.00pm and Mass on Monday 11 October at 1.00pm will be by invitation only. However, both services will be live streamed for all to view at www.tlas.co.nz/stream.
