Memorial Wilfred and Shirley CLAUSEN All Saints Church 23 Puketapu Road, Taradale October 13th 2025 Time: 10:00am Waiting for a good time to come together is here, you are welcome to join us in this tribute for Wilfred and Shirley, it was no ordinary life. 2025 marks a few milestones: - 70th anniversary of their wedding October 15 - 90 years ago Shirley was born May 1 - 50 years in September since they picked up their four pikanini's and moved from Papua New Guinea aboard the Fedor Shalyapin to Sydney and then onto their final destination - New Zealand For 40 years they touched the lives of countless individuals by providing a professional care service and creating jobs. Shirley and Wilfred were deeply dedicated to their work, their legacy continues to live on in the many lives they impacted. Sadly, in May 2020, Shirley died, unable to be surrounded by her family and the ones she loved, and only one family member was allowed to visit after she had died.
