Many memories of Ken from Waipuk primary and CHB College! Ken always had a quick sense of humour and interest in many things. Over the years on visits to Waipuk from Canada would quite frequently see Ken on Ruataniwha St when I was having a coffee at Angkor Wat or walking along. I got to call him "Mr Waipukurau" tongue in cheek as he was the person I saw most frequently! It was great to shoot the breeze and catch up on his life, CHB Settlers Museum was a favorite topic, and others we both knew from school days. Will miss those encounters so RIP Ken and keep the folks in heaven entertained!
