WORSFOLD Adele Our family would like to express our heartfelt thanks for the support received upon the passing of our much loved mother, mother- in-law, gran and friend. The flowers, cards, letters, food, phone calls, emails, texts and visits were very much appreciated. Sincere thanks to St John and the staff of CCU who supported and cared for Adele; and to the people who visited her in Whangarei Hospital. We would especially like to thank our extended family and friends for your unwavering support during this time of loss.
