Eric HARMAN Obituary

HARMAN, Eric John Edward. RNZAF 78098 Sadly passed away on the morning of 16 November 2025, late in his 88th year. Eric was the much loved brother of Diane and uncle of Sophie. In line with his wishes, a private cremation has been held at Maunu today. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank the staff involved with Eric's care at Bush Road Medical Centre, Whangarei Hospital and Kamo Home and Village through this time. Innes and I would love to pass on our condolences
We owned the coalies bar for 7 years and sold it a few years back, but always kept the contract with Eric,
Eric became a wonderful friend to both of us and he will be sadly missed
A true gentleman .
I used to get worried if he didn´t come in to the bar and would go check up on him, then I think he got sick of this and then started telling us if he would be heading down to stay with you lol
He was very loved by many and I will always cherish the time we spent with him and Eric sharing his life memories with us.
