Harold CROSS Obituary

Cross, Harold Leonard (Harry). Harold Leonard Cross, aged 90, died peacefully on Sunday, October 26th, in Bay of Islands Hospital, Kawakawa. Known by his friends and family as Harry, he was born in Kent, UK and spent most of his life in New Zealand. He is survived by his beloved wife, Gloria, three children - Jo, Andrew and Sarah - and four grandchildren: Daniel, Emily, Bella and Tessa. Harry was committed to public service, and he made a significant contribution to Northland through his work as a rehabilitation officer for the ACC and volunteering as a counsellor with Lifeline. He was a great reader of books and revelled in a good debate.
