EWING, Iris Daphne.[size=15] Passed away peacefully, aged 96. Mother to Angela. Grandmother to Gareth, Amanda, Catherine and Laura. Great grandmother to Atlan and Nova. We are forever grateful for your unconditional love. Rest peacefully in the creators arms.

Lunn Ave was always the place we wanted to go to when we were children.To sit at the long long wooden table and watch Auntie Iris take loaves of bread from the stone oven,butter and slice them ,raise them on her knife and pass them down the table to you was the perfect moment.She always had time for a cuddle.The world is just a little less for the passing of such a special lady.It always seemed to me Auntie Iris and Uncle John had made the meaning of the word "family" come to life.
