TAPPER, Richard Brian. Aged 67 years, sadly and suddenly passed away on 14th November 2025. Loved by the entire family, he will be dearly missed. Please join us for the celebration of Richard's life at Saint Paul's Anglican Church, 32 Marsden Road (on the Paihia waterfront) at 2:30pm on Friday, 21st November 2025.
