My father Brian Wells wanted me to pass a message on to Jack's family. We just heard from Graham Street today that Jack had passed away. We are sorry to hear the news. Dad says it would have been a big funeral because Jack was around for such a long time at TISCO and was so well liked. Dad was at TISCO with Jack for about 30 years. Our codolences to the family,

Sincere sympathy to Val and family. So sorry I could not be with you at the service. I was the last Master installed by Jack when was Prov.G.M. and will never forget that experience and his friendship. He has a special place in my memory.

Dearly loved grandfather of Ashleigh, Stephanie and Courtney, and proud great-grandfather of Zahra. We are so proud of everything you achieved in your life, and you will be forever in our hearts.
