SMITH, Carol Charlotte. 29/11/43 - 29/9/21 Four years ago Monday 29 September 2021. Our amazing wife, mother, and grandmother to all her whanau passed. Tragically whilst her having an exemplary medical team over three years they were working within a system that is in freefall even to this day. Can remember saying to one team member. "If we had been in Australia Carol would still be here." The response IT'S A VERY WEALTHY COUNTRY!
