91 incredible years have been lived, now she has gone to be with her soulmate. Adored wife of the late Ian. Loved only sister of the late Eileen. Special mother to Sonia and Mark, David and Lesley, Rex and Ursula, Grant and Karen, Carolyn and Damian. Precious Nana to all of her grandchildren and OLD nana to all her great-grandchildren. "Sweetie and Dulcie-doo" to her Thornleigh Park family. Messages to the Peters family may be left on Dulcie's tribute page at eagars.co.nz/dulcie. A service to celebrate Dulcie's life will be held at Eagars Te Henui Chapel, 174 Lemon Street, New Plymouth, on Wednesday 13 October 2021 at 10.30am. For those unable to attend, Dulcie's funeral will be live streamed via her tribute page.

I have wonderful memories from when Dulcie was my daughter's 'boss' at New World in Hawera many years ago. Also Dulcie went to the Salvation Army with me and was one of our group. Nancy, Ngaire me and our dear friend. Sending much love
