To Shane, Mark, Nicole, their partners, their children, and the wider Gardiner and Hawkins family, please accept my sincerest condolences on behalf of the Russell family. Linda, my "honorary godmother" - self-proclaimed, and thoroughly deserved - I will never forget the loyalty and support you gave me my family. You were one of the most beautiful people I have ever known, inside and out, and you taught me a lot - more than you knew. And yes, I still owe you a dinner. Anyway, give my regards to Ash, and Rest In Peace. With love, Andrew and Louise, Fiona and Maurice, Cushla and Jason, and the wider Russell family
