Passed away peacefully at Te Nikau Grey Hospital, surrounded by her loving family, on February 26, 2021, aged 93. Dearly loved wife and soulmate of the late Russell, loved mother and mother-in-law of Maurice (Sam) and Cora (Balcairn), and Linda and Harold Simpson (Dobson), loved nana of Amanda, Curtis and Mel, Daniel and Casey, Craig and Melanie, Delwyn and Corey, and Kelvin and Joelean, her great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, cherished daughter of the late James and Rosie Bourke, loved sister and sister-in-law of Alan 'Butch' (Greymouth), and the late Eileen and Rod Scorgie, Lucy and Keith Colville, James and Nita, and Trevor, loved daughter-in-law of the late George and Pearl Eder, loved sister-in-law of Mervyn and Joan (Australia), Velma and Maurie (deceased) Jordan (Christchurch), and the late Basil and Una, and Yvonne, a much loved and treasured aunty, cousin and a friend of many.

to all that knew her.

A Funeral Service for Evelyn will be held in the William Sampson Memorial Chapel, Tainui St, Greymouth, Tomorrow (Tuesday) at 11.00am, followed by cremation on the Coast at the Westland Crematorium.
