Alice NEWTON Obituary

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, at Bupa Riverstone, Palmerston North, on Tuesday 5th August 2025, aged 91 years. Dearly loved Mum and mother-in-law to Carol and Paul (dec), Sharryn and Steve, David and Cate. Cherished Nana to her 5 grandchildren, GG to 9 great-grandchildren, and triple G to one great-great grandchild. A service to celebrate Alice's life will be held at The Lychway Chapel, 5 Roy Street, Palmerston North, on Tuesday 12 August 2025 at 11.00am, followed by a private cremation. Alice's service will also be livestreamed from her online tribute page at www.thelychway.co.nz/tributes/. Messages to Alice's family can be sent C/- PO Box 1014, Palmerston North 4440. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Breast Cancer Foundation NZ are appreciated.
