So sorry to hear that Alison has passed away. She and I started golf at Paraparaumu Beach Golf Club at the same time and used to play together regularly. She was a very kind and caring person.

We feel very sad Alison has passed but so pleased we visited her in Martinborough after Johns passing. After meeting them in Margaret Stewart House we became friends and enjoyed our daily chats very much.
You will be missed by your caring family.

To the Tanner family,
Jack and I were very sad to hear the news about the passing of your lovely mum. She will be forever in your hearts. May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

So very saddening to loose both Alison and John Tanner in such a short time. Both will be fondly remembered but not forgotten from their family, friends, neighbours and National Party colleagues.
" Together again RIP " my friends.

Alison was a very respected member of the Kapiti Arts and Crafts Society. A member of the Mixed Media Group, a Gallery and Shop Minder. I knew Alison from the time I joined the Society and enjoyed our conversations at our Friday Mixed Media mornings. When I had an injury I would open my front door and find gifts mysteriously there, some fruit, chocolate all from Alison. Alison was so reliable for me with her Gallery duty and would pick up Pauline (as she didn´t drive) to do their Saturday duty. A lovely lady, so thoughtful. She must have missed John as they were so close. We missed her when she moved to the Wairarapa.
