Brian COOGAN Obituary
On Sunday 26th October 2025, peacefully after a courageous battle. Aged 53 years. Dearly loved husband of Anna, and much loved dad of Catherine, and Patrick. Beloved eldest son of Margaret, and the late Kevin. Loved son-in-law of Pauline and the late Willy Barnett. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Andrew, Michael and Tanya, Gerard and Natasha, Julie and Paul, Sarah, Trudy and Tristen. Treasured uncle of all his nieces and nephews. Requiem Mass for Brian will be celebrated in St Mary's Catholic Church, Huia Street, Taihape, on Friday 31st October 2025 at 1.00pm, followed by interment at the Taihape Cemetery. Rosary will be recited in the Church on Thursday evening at 7.00pm. R.I.P.

Much love to all at this both sad and tragic time. Brian was such a lovely lad at Mataroa School. It was lovely catching up with him a couple of years ago. Very kind hearted and genuine. Always very highly spoken of in our family.
