Brian DEW Obituary
DEW, Brian Leslie:
Born 8 April 1938. Slipped away quietly in his sleep on 21 April 2021 after a life well lived and enjoyed with his family and friends. He leaves behind his wife of 62 years, Nanette, daughters Christine & Carole, son-in-law Quentin, and grandsons, David & partner Susanna, and Jonathan. All have many fond memories of the time spent with their husband, Dad and grandfather. He also leaves behind his dearly loved sister Wendy (late brother-in-law Joe) and nephews John & Darren, and family. In lieu of flowers donations for the Porirua RSA would be appreciated and can be left at the service. Messages for the family please send c/- PO Box 50514, Porirua. A service to celebrate Brian's life will be held at the Porirua RSA, 7 McKillop Street, Ranui, Porirua, on Tuesday 27 April 2021 at 11.00am.
Brian – you said last Christmas (and many before) this was your last, and this time you were right! You will be missed by us all. Xxx

I am so sad to hear the news ofthe unexpected loss of Brian. Growing up in Porirua we were very close neighbours to Brian and Nannette and I have such happy childhood memories of the whole family. I will be thinking of you all on Tuesday at Brian's farewell. Much love
