Born 30 March 1950
Passed away peacefully at home on 8 January, 2026, in the presence of her loving husband Jack and children Georgia and Tom. Much loved Gaga of Harriet, Sadie, Ritchie and George and step-grandparent to Luca and Grace. Loving mother-in-law of Jamie and Sarah. Christie was one of a kind; an exuberant personality with a zest for life. Family and friends will be notified of her memorial service in Wellington. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated.

Christie gave so much joy to people around her. I have only known Christie for a short while but she was a truly lovely warm person and my life has been enhanced through being her friend
