I am saddened to find dear Christine has left us. She was someone I was deeply fond of but our paths separated in the 1990s and we lost contact but I have always remembered her beauty and her wonderful personality. Christine was on my staff at Wanganui polytechnic but went off to greater things in Wellington and I had a sense of loss. Today I discovered her passing as I was looking through photographs of an exhibition opening in Wellington which she attended with Roger and for some freaky reason Christine´s obituary appeared.
Farewell Christine. You were a beautiful spirit, someone who enhanced my life.

Hard to believe that Christine has passed. Last time I saw her was when she picked up Uncle Reg from my niece's wedding & he asked her if she had met me. We shared a little smile & said we had met. Christine you were a beautiful person & much loved in our family. My condolences to Aunty Joy, Susan, Roger, Kyle & all family. Sorry I cant be there at the memorial but I'm thinking of you all xxxx

I just learnt of Christine's passing on Wednesday when catching up with John Ryall. I'm so sorry Roger. I only met Christine a couple of times but saw enough to know that she was a very lovely person. My thoughts are with you and family.

A great freind, a mentor, always so positive, no matter the situation. The kindest, thoughtful most caring person I have known. Will miss you. Love to Roger and family

When I think of Christine, up pops a vision of her face with a beautiful big grin, under a red beret. We'll miss her very much. Much love to Roger
