Craig MASON Obituary

Passed unexpectedly on 21 August 2025. Loved husband of Anne. Loved father and father-in-law to Shayne & Hannah, Kelly & Leonard and Renee. Loved Grandad to Roman, Cruz and Griffin. Special thanks to all those who gave emergency assistance and all the staff at Hutt Hospital ICU. A funeral service for Craig will be held in Lane Park Church, 22 Lane Street, Upper Hutt, on Tuesday 26 August 2025, at 1.00pm. Followed by burial at Akatarawa Cemetery.

So sorry to just read of Craig's passing. Craig was my best childhood friend over the back fence at Routley Crescent/Golders Road from toddler to early teens. From hair raising trolley rides down the Whakatiki stop bank to getting lost on Wallaceville hill, we romped through what memory sees now as sun drenched summers in short pants. My deepest sympathy to the whanau, and Deidre and Sandra in particular.
