CADWALLADER, David Owen
(Caddy, Batman):
Margaret, Bevan, Jason, Jane and their families wish to express their heartfelt thanks to relatives, friends, neighbours and work colleagues who supported them during their recent loss of David. A special thanks to all who have cared for David during his illness: the wonderful staff at both Palmerston and Wairarapa Hospitals, Iain MacLeod, Oncology nurse, the Carterton Fire Brigade, and the Wellington Free Ambulance. Thanks to Pam Bailey for her comforting words and all who travelled from near and far to be with us at this time. We have been overwhelmed by the wonderful personal messages of sympathy, cards, flowers, food, phone calls, and visits and will always remember the kindness of you all. A big thank you to Peter and Jenny and all at Richmond, whose help was invaluable to us at this time. Please accept this as a personal acknowledgement of our sincere appreciation.
