David Christopher "Dave" O'LEARY

David O'LEARY Obituary

On September 21, 2025, after a valiant fight at Hutt Hospital; aged 75 years. Much loved husband of Raewyn. Beloved father and father-in-law of Rebecca (Jo) & Kereama, and Kelly. Proud grandad of Maddison, Alexis, Kalani, Indie, Carter, and Lochlan. Cherished brother and brother-in-law of John & Anne, Mike & Christine, Tim, Simon & Gail. Loved by all his nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated and can be made online www.cancer.org.nz. A service for Dave will be held in St Joseph's Catholic Church, corner Main Street and Pine Avenue, Upper Hutt, on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 1.00pm, followed by cremation.

A TRIBUTE TO A VERY DEAR FRIEND

Dave, your infectious personality taught many of us, including me, how to live, laugh and love.
You gave so much of yourself to many, and not wanting anything in return.
I´m gonna miss you, your calls with the banter and it was an absolute pleasure working with you and for you in those years gone by.
